With Gplus.to, users can create short URLs for their Google+ profile in a few simple clicks. To get started, copy your Google+ profile ID. If you don’t know how to find it, just open your Google+ profile and copy the number.
Next, navigate to Gplus.to in your browser and choose the nick name you want to use for your Google+ profile. Paste in your profile ID and click the Add button and you should be golden. Note You cannot use special characters in your nickname.
